Röslau Piano wire No. 15.5

Röslau piano wire is high-carbon steel made in Germany — the same material
we wind strings from in our own workshop. Consistent diameter and tensile
strength along the whole coil give a clean, stable pitch, and the wire
carries without fatigue the tension that runs to tens of kilograms on a
single string. It serves both as plain treble wire and as the core of bass
strings, wound with Degen copper.
